Wild Card & Sovereign Grace
It’s not a cruise. It’s a floating hostel.
Skip the flight and take the scenic route. You’ll sail from Panama to Colombia, or the other way around, with a boat full of like-minded backpackers, a crew that knows every anchorage, and a captain who cooks.
Days are for snorkeling turquoise reefs, swimming off the boat and lazing on islands with a handful of palm trees. Nights are for sunsets, music and the odd pirate party. Strangers become your travel family by day two.

Amazing!!!
“This was the best experience ever!!! I loved every single minute of it. The crew of the Sovereign Grace were so professional and helpful the whole entire way. The islands were beautiful, the food was amazing, and the boat was just such a special experience in itself. I’ll never forget it!!”

Love the Sovereign Grace!!
“Wow! What an experience on the Sovereign Grace! It really exceeded my already high expectations! Big shout out to Lindsay, Manu and Niko who really made this experience for us! If you want a fun and social experience with lots of really great food and of course beautiful scenery then I couldn’t recommend the Sovereign Grace enough. Even as a solo traveller I felt like I became part of a family on the boat.”

Quick answers
How long is the trip?
Five nights and six days. You’ll spend about three days among the San Blas Islands and one day and night (35 to 40 hours) crossing open sea between San Blas and Cartagena.
How much does it cost?
From $725 per person, including five nights on board, all meals and standard immigration and port fees. Add the $20 Guna Yala tourist tax (cash) and your transport to or from Puerto Lindo.
Can I bring alcohol?
Yes, bring your own drinks. The captain may limit drinking when it isn’t safe, for example during the crossing. Drugs, including marijuana, are not allowed: police search all luggage before boarding.
Is it really a party boat?
It’s a social trip with a party vibe: music, games and pirate parties on the beach. But nobody forces you to dance. Plenty of people come for hammocks, books and snorkeling.
Got a pirate in you?
Swap the flight for five nights of islands, sunsets and new friends. Spots are limited on every departure.
